• Diver City Sdn Bhd, reserves the right to review rates, package program at any time without prior notice.
• The company reserves the right to remove any tour members whose conduct/ behavior is detrimental to the company or others guests.
• Guests are responsible to bear any additional cost besides those stated in the package and no credit facilities will be given.
• Diver City Sdn Bhd reserves the right to inform any last minute closed out date by giving prior notice.
• All guests taking part in any activities organized by Diver City Sdn Bhd shall do so at their own risk. The company shall not be responsible for any losses or injury sustained by anyone.
• All guests are advised to insure themselves against injuries and loss of personal belongings.

Payment
• 20% deposit per person should be made while sign up for any course or trips package.
• There shall be no refund of any deposit.
• Full payment must be made once booking is confirmed.
• Any request for postponement must be made by phone, fax or email and must be received by Diver City Sdn Bhd not less than 7 days before the date of departure.

Cancellation Charges for confirmed booking
• No show on departure day - 100%
• Under 14 days before departure - 100%
• 14 days to 29 days before departure - 50%
• More than 30 days before departure - 20%
